Product returns
Please contact us prior to any return. Generally, we accept return no later than 14 days after receiving of products. Due to the sensitive nature of the products, we cannot accept returns if containers /bottles seal is broken, as content contamination may occur. Please be careful when receiving the package and claim directly to the carrier any damage the products may suffer during transportation.
After receiving returned products, we may refund the paid value deducting a restocking fee of 10 Euro per item and the shipping cost (original and return shipping).
Orders cancellations
Cancellation policy will vary depending on "days to ship" of the products. For changing or cancelling the orders, please contact info@made4research.com with „order cancellation” subject.
If order was already prepared for shipping at the time of cancelation request restocking fee of 10 euro will be charged.
If the package was already sent out, restocking fee of 10 euro and the shipping cost (original) will be charged.
