Differential Protein Expression Analysis of protein consists in the following steps:

- Grouping experiment replicates by experimental condition.

- Performing statistical significance by applying Limma test on the MaxLFQ log transformed (calculating the logarithm of the ratio) expression data in order to reveal the magnitude of the change.

- Generating reports containing  all the proteins with significant changed expression level (FDR<1%)

- Generating Heatmaps showing these significantly expression level changes in the experimental samples, providing valuable insights into the biological variations underlying the experimental conditions.

Deliverables:

1. A report that includes information regarding log fold change and corresponding FDR (Limma test).

2. Heatmaps (*PDF files).
